Families of Exceptional Learners
Families of Exceptional Learners (FOEL) is a family and parent support group for families of children with special needs. As parents of exceptional learners, we realize that often the usual parenting techniques just don‘t work or aggravate the situation. We recognize that we share many of the same difficulties and almost impossible challenges we all gain from the realization we are not alone. Anyone is welcome to attend our meetings. Even families who are have challenging kids regardless of whether they have been "labeled" special needs.
