Bristlecone Health Services provides Hospice and Home Health services including: skilled nursing for medication monitoring, wound care, IV care, physical and occupational therapy for rehabilitation and home safety assessments, certified nursing aides for help with personal care like bathing and grooming, social worker to help with community resources and spiritual care all in the comfort of your home. In home hospice services include nurses, social work, spiritual care, bereavement services, bath aides, and volunteers to provide a team to support you and your caregivers in the end of life journey. Grief counseling is also provided individually or in a group setting and is free and open to anyone in the public.
